Dolby Theatre is previously known as Kodak Theater and is the circlet jewel of the Hollywood and Highland activity complex positioned in the heart of extraordinary Hollywood. Since aperture in November 2001, the theatre has hosted a range of impressive artists and actions including the Academy Awards® Ceremonies, Celine Dion, Prince, Elvis Costello, Barry Manilow, American Ballet Theatre, Moscow Stanislavsky Ballet, AFI Life Achievement Award to Tom Hanks, ESPY Awards, American Idol finals, GREASE starring Frankie Avalon, Dixie Chicks and more. It was announced that the Kodak theatre will be renamed the Dolby Theatre after Dolby Laboratories signed a 20-year naming rights deal on May 1, 2012.

Age Requirements: Dolby Theatre welcomes children of any ages to its relative’s events. Unless otherwise stated, if a child is 1 years old, they are required to obtain a ticket for admission.
Arrival Time: In the majority cases, Lobby 1 & 2 doors will open 1 hour preceding to the printed ticket initial time. The printed ticket start time is strict, by late and mid-show spaces subject to the prudence of house management, as established by each performing group.
Parking: All visitors of Dolby Theatre may use the Hollywood and Highland parking garage. Please note that even though Dolby Theatre is unable to validate parking, the sale and dining establishments within the complex offer markdown validation.
Cell Phones, Pagers: Spectators members should value the performers and member audience members by recollection to peace all cellular phones, pagers.
Cameras and Recording Equipment: Unless otherwise stated by means of publicity and entrance hall door signs, the taking of pictures and use of recording equipment is strictly prohibited.
Food and Beverage: Dolby Theatre rule does not permit guests to bring any exterior food or beverage into the theatre unless medicinal conditions require.
